4 Whole Chicken Breasts(Boneless and skinless)

Black Pepper
Flour
2 eggs
Milk
1/2 cup olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken and pat dry.Put chicken in a gallon zip loc bag and pound with a mallot on both sides.Whisk the eggs and milk together.Add some of the seasonings to egg mixture..Pour over chicken.Let sit in refrigerator for 30 -45 minutes.. Add olive oil to skillet and heat on medium high heat..Drain chicken in collander..Add rest of seasonings to flour and fry..It wont take long to cook because it is thinner..Enjoy!
