Aliya Lavigne, Grade 12


2-3 ripe banana's, peeled
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. All purpose flour
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F
In a mixing bowl, mash banana's with a fork until completely smooth. Stir in melted butter. Mix in the baking soda & salt. Stir in sugar, beaten egg and vanilla. Mix in flour.
Pour batter into muffin tins with muffin papers.
Bake 15-20 minutes.
