After Boiling Beets:
3 C. of Beet Juice that is left over.
3 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 box Carto
4 C. Sugar
1 box of Jell-O, any flavor.
Directions:
Directions:
Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil.
Boil Hard for 10 minutes.
Add the Sugar and Jell-O.
Boil hard for 3 more min.
Pour into sterilized jars.
