3 cups orange lentils
1 onion
3 chicken bouillon cubes
Splash of oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Water

Directions:
Directions:
1.Combine ingredients and add water based on the height of the lentils. Essentially, double the amount of water in the pan based on the height of the lentils based on inserting your finger in the pan.
2.Boil for 30 - 45 minutes.
3.Serve with rice.
