3-4 lb Tri-Tip Roast or 5 lb Top Sirloin Roast
1 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 tsp garlic salt
¼ - ½ tsp pepper
2 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Use Brown n Serve bag and follow directions to prepare bag.

Place roast in bag and sprinkle with seasoned salt, garlic salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Add potatoes and carrots with sliced onion on bottom of bag.

Add ¼ - ½ cup of water to bottom of bag.

Seal bag with tie.

Place six slits on top of bag.

Roast at 325º for about 3 hours depending on the size of the roast.

Can bake longer at lower temp.

Grandma Dahl prepared her famous Grandma meat every Sunday for as long as we can remember. Everyone loves it and it makes great burritos with the left over potatoes the next day. Many fond memories were made eating this delicious dinner around the kitchen table enjoying family.
