2 14 oz cans salmon, (I leave the bones and stuff in, it’s edible and adds calcium)
¼ c mayo, (trust me)
¼-½ c ritz cracker crumbs, start with ¼ c and add until the patties stick together
1 egg
Splash of milk
4 or 5 chopped green onions
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp old bay seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together, and make patties. Fry in a little oil until brown and crunchy on each side.
