1 cup dry oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup Chia seed (or 1/2 cup ground flax seed)
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate for ~30 minutes for easy rolling. Roll into small bite-sized balls and store in refrigerator!

I like to add two scoops of vanilla protein powder to mine sometimes too! These are the best breakfast and/or snack ever! So easy and so handy to have around.
