Select the amount of peppers you wish to prepare
Shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Cut in half and remove the seeds (if you want them a little hotter, leave some of the seeds)

Stuff with shredded cheese and wrap in a half piece of bacon

Cook at 400º for 15 minutes

If you want the bacon a little crispier, place the pan under the broiler for several additional minutes - but keep your eyes open.
