1 pound dried apricots
4 medium size sliced onions
1 1/8 cup of seedless raisins
2 1/2 cups white vinegar
1 pound brown sugar
4 tablespoons salt
1 cup of preserved ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and cook gently to a soft mash, about 1 1/2 hours. Let cool and place into jars.
