1 Cup butter, softened
⅔ Cup sugar
3 Egg Yolks
1 tsp almond extract
Food color, if desired
2 Cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix butter and sugar, egg yolks and almond extract thoroughly. Work in flour. Using dough at a time, force dough through cookie press onto ungreased baking sheet in desired shapes. Bake 6-9 minutes until set but NOT BROWN. A minute after they leave the oven remove from cookie sheet onto wax paper to cool.
