Marinated Chicken for the Grill Recipe

Ingredients: ½ c. olive oil ½ c. balsamic vinegar ¼ c. soy sauce ¼ c. Worcestershire sauce ⅛ c. lemon juice ¾ c. brown sugar 2 t. dried rosemary 2 T. Dijon or spicy brown mustard 2 t. salt 1 t. pepper 2 t. garlic powder 6 chicken breasts

Directions:1. Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a large 4 cup measuring cup and whisk. 2. Remove half of the marinade and reserve for basting later. 3. Place chicken in large Ziploc and pour the other half of the marinade over. Close the Ziploc securely. 4. Marinate up to 24 hours.
To grill chicken: 1. Preheat grill to med-high heat. Oil grates. 2. Remove chicken from marinade and allow excess to drip off. 3. Grill chicken for about 5-6 minutes per side or until cooked through and no longer pink. Baste occasionally with reserved marinade. 4. Tent with foil and rest 5 minutes before serving.
Sauce (optional): Bring reserved marinade to a boil and let simmer until slightly reduced and thickened. |

Notes: We all love grilled chicken breasts, so I did a search on the internet for the best grilled chicken and this one came up from "Mom on Timeout". We really enjoyed it and it came out juicy and flavorful!
