3 cans cream corn
2 cans niblets corn
1/2 block cream cheese
1/4 c flour
1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 tsp onion salt
1 cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
3 cups bread crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°. In small sauce pan, heat cream cheese, flour, and onion salt until creamy. In a large bowl, mix together cans of corn, cream cheese mixture, swiss cheese, mushrooms (if using) and onion. Transfer to a greased 11x7-in. baking dish.
Toss bread crumbs with melted butter; distribute over casserole.

Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and heated through, 35-45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
