1½ lbs pork shoulder cubed
2 medium onions chopped

3 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
dash of pepper and ginger


2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
⅓ cup ketchup
⅓ cup water plus syrup from pineapple
14 oz can pineapple tidbits (drained and reserved)
1 green pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork and onion in oil in a frying pan.

Mix brown sugar, cornstarch, salt, pepper, ginger then add vinegar, soya sauce, ketchup, water and pineapple syrup.

Combine all the ingredients and over medium heat stir until thickened. Simmer approximately 1 hour and then add pineapple and green pepper.

Great served over rice.
