3 onions sliced
1 stick of butter
Deep dish pie shell
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
½ tsp. salt and pepper
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the onions in butter.

Put the sauted onions in the bottom of the deep dish pie shell.

Combine the eggs, sour cream, salt and pepper and pour over onions.

Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Bake at 450º for 20 minutes.
