4 potatoes, peeled
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
-Preheat oven to 375ºF, put casserole dish into oven to heat up. Ensure dish is not too large.
-Boil potatoes for 8 minutes, then let sit for 5 minutes
-Put olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika into bowl, mix thoroughly. Add potatoes into bowl and coat evenly.
-Remove casserole dish from oven and add potatoes and contents of bowl. The oil will sizzle due to the heat.
-Add dish to oven, after ten minutes move potatoes to ensure they are not sticking.
-Roast potatoes for 1 1/2 hours, turning over every 20 minutes.
