2 T. whipping cream
1 pkg. (6 squares) Baker's white chocolate
1 pkg. (8 squares) Baker's semi-sweet chocolate; divided
¼ c. peppermint candy/nuts; coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. Microwave whipping cream and white chocolate in bowl on 50% power for 2 minutes; stir until melted and set aside.
2. Microwave 7 squares of the semi-sweet chocolate in a bowl for 3 minutes on 50% power; stir until completely melted.
3. Line bottom of square 8 inch pan with waxed paper. Spread melted semi-sweet in thin layer over waxed paper. Freeze for 5 minutes.
4. Spread white chocolate over the semi-sweet. Sprinkle with peppermint/nuts.
5. Melt the remaining square of semi-sweet as directed on package. Drizzle over layers in the pan.
6. Refrigerate 3 hours. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting into 9 squares. Then cut those squares diagonally to make 2 triangles each square.
7. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
