4 Cups of water
4 Cups of evaporated milk
1 Cup long grain rice, uncooked
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
2 Teaspoons of cinnamon
2 Cans of sweetened condensed milk
1 Cup of whole milk
1/2 to 1 Cup of raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In saucepan combine water, evaporated milk, cinnamon, salt, and rice.

2. Bring ingredients in pot to a boil over medium-high heat. Allow to boil for 5 minutes while stirring constantly.

3. Reduce heat to medium-low (so ingredients are just simmering). Cover and cook for about 20 minutes.

4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, and raisins (if you are using them).

5. Cover saucepan and continue to cook for 20-30 minutes; until the rice is tender.

6. Allow to cool before eating. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy.

Pudding will continue to thicken as it cools. You may add cold milk or half and half to cold pudding to thin down a bit if desired.
