6 apples, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. butter (cold) diced into cubes
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Butter or spray/grease an 8x8 baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, add chopped apples, sugar, 3/4 tsp cinnamon and lemon juice. Stir to combine, then transfer to baking dish.
In separate bowl, add topping ingredients - brown sugar, oats, flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, salt & butter. Use pastry cutter to cut butter into oat mixture, until mixture resembles pea-sized crumbs.
Spread topping over apples in baking dish.
Bake 40-50 minutes until golden brown & bubbly
