1½ pounds ground beef
½ chopped yellow onion
2 cloves chopped garlic
Chopped mushrooms (optional)
4 tbsp butter
¼-½ cup flour
2-4 tbsp beef "Better Than Bouillon"
1½-2½ cups water
½-1 cup sour cream

Noodles of your choice

1. Brown ground beef in large skillet. Add chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms and cook until heated through, usually a couple of minutes. Add butter and allow to melt. Add flour and bouillon and stir until it thickens and bubbles. Add water and stir and heat until it reaches your desired thickness. Add sour cream and just warm through.

2. Cook noodles according to package directions, al dente.

3. Mix noodles and beef mixture together in large baking dish. Serve immediately or keep on warm in oven until dinner time.

Ok - so this is one of mom's favorites, but I had to add it in here in case you decide to love it as much as I do! Noni always makes it the best, but I'd love to see your take on it!
