1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup margarine, softened
1 1/2 cup sifted confectioners sugar
3 cups oven toasted rice cereal
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 tbsp shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together peanut butter and margarine; stir in powdered sugar. By hand, fold in rice cereal. Portion dough, using level tablespoon. Shape into logs; roll in nuts. Set aside. Melt chocolate and shortening over hot water; drizzle over logs. Chill.
