½ c. Butter
¼ C. Sugar
5 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 Egg
1¾ C. Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 C. Flaked Coconut
½ C. finely chopped Almonds ( optional )
½ C. Butter, softened
3 tbsp. Heavy Cream
2 tbsp. Custard Powder, or Pudding mix.
2 C. Icing Sugar (Confectioners Sugar )
4 ( 1oz. ) squares Semisweet Baking Chocolate
2 tsp. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In microwave combine ½ C. Butter, Sugar& Cocoa Powder.
Melt until smooth. Stirring every minute.
Beat Egg in.
Stir until thick.
Mix in Graham Crumbs, Coconut and Almonds.
Press into a 8x8 inch Baking Pan.
For the middle layer, cream together ½ C. Butter, Heavy Cream & Custard Powder.
Mix Icing Sugar in until smooth.
Spread over bottom layer.
Chill to set.
Melt the Semisweet Chocolate and 2 tsp. Butter.
Spread over chilled squares.
Let Chocolate set before cutting.
