Mustard

Directions:
Place how many eggs you want in a pan. Cover with cold water. Put the pan on the stove and boil eggs for 10 mins. Then drain the water and fill the pan with cold water again to cool off the eggs. When the eggs are cool peel them. Then cut them in half lengthwise. Pop the yolks out and put it in a bowl. Mash them with a fork. Then add about 1 tablespoon of mustard. Add enough mayonnaise to make them creamy. Salt and pepper to taste. Then spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg white half. Sprinkle with paprika. Serve and enjoy.
