2-4 pound beef roast
A medium onion (optional)
1 cup Carrots
4 medium Potatoes
1/2 cup Frozen peas or corn
Beef broth
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crock pot.
Peel carrots and potatoes and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
Slice onion into thin pieces.
Add veggies to crock pot.
Add beef broth to cover roast.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

Set crock pot to 6 hours time
