1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1 can black beans, undrained
1 can corn, undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 large can diced tomatoes, undrained
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup or add rice instead if you want it gluten free

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cook 4-6 hours on low. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheese, & chips.
