1 box lemon cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
½ cup oil
1 cup 7-Up

Icing:
1 pkg instant lemon pudding
2 pkg Dream Whip
1 ½ cups milk
Directions:

Mix all the ingredients for the icing together. Whip until fluffy and thoroughly mixed. ** you can make this ahead of time and keep refrigerated ***

Mix all the other ingredients for the cake together. Bake in a fluted cake pan at 350º for 45 - 50 minutes.

This recipe started out as a pistachio cake. Mammaw Stella used to make it all the time! You can make this cake with any instant pudding flavor. We have made strawberry and chocolate before, but lemon is our favorite!! Your dad used this recipe in the test kitchen a few times.
