2 raw chicken breasts (can throw in completely frozen if want)
1 can corn- drained
1 can black beans- drained
1 can tomatoes/diced chile (like Rotel) drained
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. fried bacon crumbled
1 pack dry Hidden valley ranch mix
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp onion or garlic powder/salt
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 c. shredded cheese.

Directions:
In small crock pot, put chicken in bottom and cream cheese next and rest on top. Can do with totally frozen chicken breasts just takes the longer time period to be done. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Dice up chicken breasts to small pieces before serving.

I do this whole recipe by throwing into crock pot in morning. I also usually double this recipe and it fills the large size crockpot.
