Butter- try a plant based butter (I use the country crock avocado one)

Milk- almond milk for baking or sweets, goat for savory or thicker dairy needs

Soy sauce- coconut amino acids

Cheese- we use sheep and goat cheese such as pecorino romano or goat brie

Flour- basic 1:1 gluten free flour will work but try and play with rice or almond flour.

Luckily most of the replacements can be easily found locally or online.

When making baked goods consider adding 1/4 teaspoon xanthum gum to increase fluff. Please not they may also take longer to bake and not brown as well.
