1 "mess" of fresh okra, cut into round pieces and breaded in corn meal. ( can use 1 package of frozen breaded okra)
1/2 medium red onion
1/2 bell pepper
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup canola oil
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
6 slices bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Fry breaded okra and cool. Fry bacon and drain. Combine sugar, oil and vinegar together in a mason jar and shake until blended. Pour over the cooled okra. Add diced bacon right before serving.
