1 cup flour
1/4 cup quick oatmeal
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 jar caramel ice cream topping ( or any flavor you want.)
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream ( or any flavor you want.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into mix of flour, oatmeal and brown sugar. Put in large pan and bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool then break up into pieces. Put half of the "crunch" into a pan. Drizzle half of topping over the topping. Then put the ice cream on top. Put the rest of the "crunch " over the ice cream and drizzle the rest of the topping over the ice cream. Freeze.

When Jerry and I first married, we lived in Comanche Texas. A dear lady from our church gave me this recipe and I've made it for almost 50 years.
