10 soft Taco Shells
2c shredded Chicken, cooked
2c shredded Mont/Jack or Tex Mex cheese
3T Butter
3T Flour
2c Chicken Broth
1c Sour Cream
4oz can Green Chilis

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees and grease 9x13 can. Mix chicken and cheese, roll into tortillas and place in pan. Melt butter, stir in flour and cook 1 minute. Add broth and whisk until smooth. Heat over medium heat until thick and bubbly. Stir in chilis and sour cream. Do NOT boil. Pour over enchiladas and top with remaining cheese. Bake 22 minutes then broil 3 minutes to brown cheese.
