1lb Ground Turkey
1 Egg
2T Almond Flour
1T each of Rosemary and Thyme, finely chopped
1/2T fresh Sage leaf, chopped fine
1/2tsp fine grain Salt
Pepper to taste
1T Coconut Oil for cooking fat (butter)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Preheat oil in large pan over med/hi heat. Form meatballs and add to skillet. Brown on all sides, turn as needed for 5 minutes. Transfer to oven and bake 8-10 minutes until juice is clear. Serve with vegetables.
