1 box chocolate cake mix with chocolate pudding
12 oz. chocolate chips
8 oz. sour cream
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1/2 c. water

ICING:
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 box instant chocolate pudding
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together except chocolate chips. Beat 2 minutes, add chocolate chips, then mix well. Bake at 350' in a cookie sheet pan. Beat icing ingredients together and spread on cooled cake.
