One pound ground meat
Tortillas chips
Cheese- fresco, blanco o Castro
Green Olives (salad or sliced)
Guacamole
Tomato - one Cubed or sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat
Fill a microwaveable bowl with tortillas. Pour drained, meat over tortilla chips. Place cheese in bowl with avocado and tomato. Microwave until cheeses melt or it is hot at the bottom.
