1/2lb Jimmy Dean mild Sausage
1c shredded Cheddar
2 Eggs
2.25T Butter, melted
1T Sour Cream or Cream Cheese
half of 1/3c Coconut Flour
1/8tsp each of Baking Powder, Salt and Garlic Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter. Line baking sheet with parchment paper Brown sausage and pat off grease. In bowl, combine butter, egg, sour cream, salt and garlic, whisk. Add flour and baking powder, stir in sausage and cheese. Roll and drop 1"balls onto baking sheet. Bake 14-18 minutes.
