3/4c chopped Strawberries
1T Lemon Juice
1/2c plus 1T Sugar
2c Flour
1/2tsp Baking Powder
1/4tsp Kosher Salt
1/2c Butter, softened
1/4c packed Brown Sugar
1 Lg Egg
1tsp Vanilla Extract

Filling:
4T Cream Cheese, sfotened
3T Powdered Sugar
Zest of 1 Lemon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and grease with cooking spray. Make dough. In small bowl, stir strawberries, lemon juice and 1T sugar. Let sit 10 minutes and drain. In medium bowl, using hand mixture, beat butter, 1/2c sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla then stir in flour mixture. Gently fold in strawberries and set aside. Make filling and scoop into 12 balls. Scoop about 24 balls of dough and flatten into pancake shape. Put cream cheese onto 12 pieces of dough and cover with other 12 pieces then roll into balls. Bake about 18minutes, just until golden brown.
