24 chocolate Wafers
1/4C melted Butter
1 separated Egg
1C Whipping Cream
250G softened Cream Cheese
2/3C Icing Sugar
2/3C frozen Raspberry Juice
1tsp Lemon Juice

Directions:

ASSEMBLE BEFORE STARTING
Beat 1 egg white till stiff

Beat whipping cream- Set aside

Beat cream cheese gradually, adding sugar till smooth

Beat in egg yolk then then juices

Fold in whipping cream then fold in egg white

Pour over crust

Freeze 4hours or overnight

Let stand at room temperature a few minutes before cutting


Crush wafers

Mix with butter

Pat into 8 1/2" springform pan

Freeze

Spoon unfrozen mixture into chocolate cups and freeze
