3 lb. chicken pieces
2 tablespoons - olive oil
2 teaspoons onion powder
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
1 teaspoon smoky paprika
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
2. Rub chicken with olive oil.
3. Mix seasonings together and rub all over the chicken.
4. Add leftover spices and push under the skin.
5. Place chicken skin side up on rack over foil lined pan and place on top rack in the oven. Flip over after 20 minutes. Turn over and add more spice and put back in the oven at 450F for 10 15 minutes.

Same spices can be used on fingerling potatoes, drizzled with olive oil and baked in the oven with the chicken.
