Filling:
1-1/3c Ricotta or Cottage Cheese
1c plus 1/2c Parmesan
1/4c Chevre Goat Cheese
1c plus1/4c Mozzarella, shredded
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2tsp dried Oregano
1 Lg. Egg
10oz frozen Spinach, thaw and drain
1/8tsp each of Salt and Pepper
24oz Marinara Sauce
8oz Manicotti Pasta, uncooked
Fresh Basil

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine all filling ingredients and stir. Spoon into gallon size zip lock bag and cut one corner. Pour 1/3c of marinara in bottom of crock pot. Pipe filling into noodles and place into crock on top of sauce. Pour 1/3c sauce over top. Sprinkle 1/2c each of mozzarella and parmesan then pour on remaining sauce and top with other 1/2 of cheeses.

Cook on low 4hrs or high 2hrs. Garnish with basil.
