1 cup lukewarm water
1 T sugar
1 T melted shortening
1t salt
1 package yeast
2 cups flour
Cinnamon-sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine water, sugar, shortening, salt and yeast. Allow to stand a few minutes until yeast dissolves. Sift flour and add to liquid mixture slowly,beating well after each addition. Knead dough on floured board until no longer sticky. Place in plastic bag and refrigerate. Dough will keep up to 7-10 days. Dough will rise in refrigerator. Punch dough down. Pull off ball of dough and stretch into thin shape. Fry in hot grease. Turn to cook on both sides. Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
