Ingredients: 2 packages (8 per pack) frozen burritoes (I prefer bean and cheese) 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can enchilada sauce 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Directions:1. Heat oven to 375ºF and then place frozen burritos in a casserole dish. Line them up on their long ends to fit as many as you can. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and enchilada sauce. 3. Pour mixture over the burritos and make sure it covers them all. 4. Sprinkle the top with shredded cheese (you may add more or less depending on how cheesy you are feeling, LOL). 5. Put into the oven for about 35 minutes. Use a thermometer to check the middle burritos to make sure they are no longer frozen in the middle. If they are at a nice warm temperature, then take them out and enjoy.
It tastes great with a dollop of sour cream and a little salsa on top, too. |

Notes: The Hawkins Family always has a lot of different food dishes at family holiday gatherings. Miriam was introduced to this dish at one of the gatherings and quickly fell in love with how quick, easy and tasty it is! Having an impromptu group meal at your house? Going to a potluck and don't have tons of time to make a hot dish? Have a friend who is sick and want to take them a tasty and comforting meal? This recipe meets all those needs.
