1 cup raw almonds
1 cup oats
2 cups raisins
6 dates, pitted
1/4 cup cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Place the almonds and oats into blender or food processor, pulse 6-8 times. Add in the raisins, pitted dates, cocoa powder, vanilla, and coconut. Blend until the mixture looks wet and begins to cake, the mixture is done. Roll into ½-ounce (15-g) balls and chill before serving.
