½ C brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 - 20 oz can of pineapple chunks in syrup
⅓ C vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 small green pepper, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar and cornstarch in skillet. Stir in pineapple (with syrup), vinegar and soy sauce. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly; reduce heat. Stir in green pepper.
Cover; simmer until crisp-tender, 5 minutes. Serve with stir fried chicken and veggies with rice.
