2 T. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 T. butter
1 can carnation evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and butter in a sauce pan over low heat until smooth. Gradually add the milk. Stir over low heat until thickened and smooth.

Serve over vegetables or in delicious casseroles and creamed dishes.
