Meatballs:
1 lb hamburger
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp onion
1 egg
1 tsp salt

Sauce:
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp vinegar
½ C sugar
1 C pineapple juice
1 tbsp soy sauce
6 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all meatball ingredients together and form into balls. Brown meatballs in oil over low heat in skillet. Place in baking dish and set aside. Preheat oven to 350º. In a saucepan, mix all sauce ingredients except pineapple juice and cook until thick. Add pineapple juice and stir. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake for 20 minutes.
