Ingredients:  
2 - 8oz packages of cream cheese
1 - 8.5 oz can crushed pineapple
2 C chopped pecans
C chopped green pepper
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the cheese and stir in pineapple. When smooth, add 1 cup of pecans, the green pepper, onion and seasoned salt. Stir. Chill until cool. Form into 2 balls and roll in the second cup of pecans to coat the surface. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with veggies or crackers.
