2 heaping tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 milk
2 Tbsp cooking oil

Directions:
Mix flour, cornmeal, salt, and baking powder; add milk and mix. Add cooking oil and eggs; mix real well. I cook in a 10-inch iron skillet. Spray skillet well with Pam or grease bottom and sides real well and heat until hot and pour mixture in. Do not heat skillet if you use Pam. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes, until brown.

Angela's Note: If you're not afraid of having your Southern Card taken away, add
2 Tbsp of sugar to the cornbread mix, and bake in a 9x13 baking dish.
