3 egg whites beaten stiff
1 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. chopped pecans
20 Ritz crackers rolled fine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Mix all together. Spread in a buttered 9" pie pan. Bake 30 minutes. Cool, cover with whipped cream. Let stand at least 4 hours in refrigerator.
