6 Hard Cooked Eggs
2 T. mayonnaise
¾ tsp. mustard
½ tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vinegar
optional: salt, pepper, paprika, dill weed.

Directions:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a quart size plastic bag. Put remaining ingredients in bag with yolks. Press out air and close bag. Knead until contents are well blended. Push contents toward corner, and snip about ½" off corner of bag., squeezing gently, fill the egg whites.

Hard Cooked Eggs: Place eggs in single layer in pan. Add water to cover eggs by 1" Quickly bring water to a boil, cover and remove from heat. Let stand, covered for 15 minutes. Immediately run cold water over eggs or place in ice bath until they are completely cool. Peel eggs and proceed with above recipe.
