1½ c. all-purpose flour (can use Gluten-Free)
½ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground cloves
¼ tsp. nutmeg
½ c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar
¼ c. milk
3 egg whites
1 c. pumpkin puree
¾ dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven 350º. In a medium bowl. combine all dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices). Stir by hand until completely combined. Set aside. In a separate large bowl, combine sugars, eggs, milk, and pumpkin. Stir with a spatula. Slowly fold in the dry ingredients mixture until combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Be careful to not over mix. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, Be careful not to overbake. Allow to completely cool in pan before transferring to a airtight container.
