Notes: My wife always made flan out of leftover eggs yolks. She decided to experiment did some research on how to make this into a large cake. She was able to perfect the cake three years ago and now it is the most popular desert requested from us to bring to all of our gatherings. I am happy to share this recipe with our Service Center family. Since I began working for the LDC in 2016, the Service Center has always supported me and made me feel welcomed. You guys make it easy for me to get up everyday and want to work for you. Thank you!!
